A public preview of the film “Running My Way” is included in an open house planned for December 7 at the high school. Principal Robert Chappell says the movie “deals with decisionmaking by teenagers." It was approved for showing in grades eight through 12 during the October 11 school board meeting after school board members met earlier that evening to view the film and hear a presentation from health department family planning spokesman Mary Wilkins.
The public preview is scheduled to start at 8 p.m. in the high school gym.
The open house also includes a building tour to start at 7:30 and a presentation on the revised Virginia graduation requirements which starts , at approximately 8:45. Chappell says
