The board granted a special use permit to Neva McLean Ordman to convert a small log cabin on her property to rental use. The board voted in July to allow construction of the building on her Flint Hill property on State Route 638. The previous application listed the cabin as a guest house, the most narrow use, and now Ordman was seeking permission for it to be permanently occupied as rental property.
