Serve chili on top of rice and pinto beans topped with chopped onions and monter‘rav jack cheese.
Venison Loaf
Mix 1 V>-2 pounds ground venison with Vi pound sausage, 2 beaten eggs, 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs, '/> cup chopped onion, salt and pepper. Shape into loaf. Crisscross bacon strips over top of loaf and bake at 350 degrees until done (about 1 hour).
Serve with favorite barbeque sauce.
