At the Washington Baptist Church, priests, ministers, deacons, preachers, choirs and congregations from Independant and Southern Baptist, Episcopal, methodist and Roman Catholic churches came together. They worshipped together, sang together, prayed together and left “together.” They were from all walks of life, young and old, male and female, black and white.
