PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Section 151431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, the Rappahannock County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors will hold a joint public hearing on Wednesday, December 21. 1983 at 7 30 o'clock p.m. in the Courthouse, Washington, Virginia, to consider an amendment to Sections 14-3 and 14-5-1 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance
The aforesaid amendment is available for public examination at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County between the hours of 8:30 a m and 4:30 pm. Monday through Friday All persons affected by the aforesaid amendment may appear at this hearing to present their views This notice should be construed as a notice of intention to adopt the aforesaid amendment
This notice is being published in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia for two (2) successive weeks as required by the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended
