In Rappahannock County this obligation is assumed by the chairman of the boad of supervisors, .J. Richard Latham, who serves as the county’s Director of The Office of Krnergeney and Energy Services. “I share the concern of the OEES to increase public awareness of the many potential problems that exist,” said Latham.
The day-to-day business of the Rappahannock County OEES is performed by the OEES Coordinator, Col. Dieter C. Knuepfer, assisted by Deputy Coordinator Robert Mahlbacher.
