She also thanked RCHS principal Bob Chappell and superintendent Robert Estabrook, who successfully promoted the girls volleyball program to the School Board, and athletic director John Toth, who was “seemingly reluctant about us in the beginning but has now acknowledged our determination and hard work with his respect and cooperation.
