The obiect of this suit is to quiet the title of Lucy Ella Puller in and to the lands described in the Bill of Complaint heretofore filed and/or to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise of a tract of land which Manuel Newman and Alsmda Newman died seized and possessed of, ’ocated in Jackson Magisterial District. Rappahannock County. Virginia, said land containing 10 acres, more or less, as is more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint
An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Bill of Complaint having stated that the address of Pearl Green Mungy. if she be living, is unknown,and that there are or may be persons interested in the subiect matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown. which Bill of Complaint has made said persons parties defendant by the general description PARTIES UNKNOWN, it is therefore
ADJUDGED ORDERED and DECREED, that all possible PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in all of that certain tract of land which Manuel Newman and Alsfnda Newman died seized and possessed of are made parties defendant and said persons are made parties defendant by a general description of UNKNOWN PARTIES." as follows
