Notice Of Public Meeting
The Amissville Volunteer Fire Department & Rescue Squad will hold a public meeting on January 25, 1984 at 8:00 p.m. at the firehall in Amissville. Officers and members will be present to answer questions concerning the operation of the Department and its finances. The books and equipment of the Department will be open for public inspection. All interested members of the public are invited.

RAAC’8 film offering this weekend is “Inside Moves” starring John Savage, a powerful drama about regulars at a bar—all with physical handicaps—who help each other fashion dreams and light defeat. It will be shown on Friday and Saturday nights at 8 p.m. at Gay Street Theater in Washington, admission 13 ($2.50 for RAAC members).
This is a change from RAAC’s new Friday/Sunday schedule and is due to some regulars at the playoffs who will be helping each other fashion dreams and fight defeat this Sunday in Tampa. Good luck, Redskins!
