perintendent Tom Campbell and transportation supervisor Allie Huff after calls to the state police, highway department, sheriff’s department here and in neighboring Warren County, area school superintendents and bus drivers in key locations around the county. In addition, Estabrook and Huff make “in person” checks of road conditions.
“We try to be consistent with what is happening in the other three divisions (Madison. Culpeper and Orange) that use Piedmont Technical Center but that’s really our last concern. Our decision to close is guided by conditions here," Estabrook said.
