Gifts Judged
Members of the Rappahannock County Garden Club all brought gifts to the group’s December luncheon meeting at the Culpeper Country Club.
Before the presents were distributed to seniors at the Senior Citizen Nutrition Site, gift wrappings were judged on the basis of originality and beauty. First prize was won by Wanda Waddell, second by Christina Johnston and third by Florence Nordone.
Marian White gave a report on the club’s greens workshop. Money raised for this project goes to pay for two Rappahannock students to attend summer nature camp.
