what is now Shenandoah Park. The elderly gentleman in the center is my second great-grandfather, ’ John Henry Bolen. Some of my relatives have tentatively identified the others in the photo (see this issue’s “Out of the Attic”) and we date it at around 1900. I would, however, invite any of your readers who could positively identify the people or have any memories of the Bolen family or of the other families I mentioned to contact me.
