ORDERED and DECREED that Pearl Green Mungy if she be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees, or successors m title, if any such there be and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands Manuel Newman and Aisrnda Newman died seized and possessed of. whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the genera description of PARTIES UNKNOWN do appear on or before February 13. 1984 and do what is necessary to protect their interest
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock Virginia, within ten (10) .days after the entry of this Order of Publication, that the Clerk post an attested copy of this order at the front door of the Court House and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file same in the papers of this cause
