The joint town/eounty Planning Commission will be requested to offer “curative amendments” to the town's 1971 zoning ordinance until the Rappahannock Rapidan Planning District Commission can help the town in “a comprehensive review and revision" of the regulations.
Miller says he spoke with planning district executive director Wayne Cilimberg who promised to call back when the work could start. Cilimberg was promoted in November from his position as senior planner: the office is now one planner short. Miller said he expected work could start on the town’s new ordinance after the first of February.
