The county will also get $822 as its per capita share of $722,050 generated in the first quarter from the sale of wine. Under the liter tax, 22 percent of the total collected from the sale of wine is earmarked for distribution to counties and cities while 66 percent goes to the state’s general fund. The rest is retained by the ABC Department as operating revenue.
