I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Washington area residents for all the community news they haye given to me during the past six years. I sincerely appreciate the kindness that has been shown to me during this time. Because of recent staff changes and my most recent promotion to General Manager of the Rappahannock News, my new duties are many, leaving not enough time for gathering social news.
However, I do feel that we have selected a community oriented individual who will faithfully call on you each week. The new correspondent will be Linda Clark of Harris Hollow.
Linda is a native of Rappahannock County and is a 1973 graduate of Rappahannock High School. She is married to John Clark, Jr. and they have two children, Stacey, age nine and Amanda, who is three. She can be reached at 675-3264.

Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Hutchinson III of Castleton are receiving congratulation on the birth of a daughter, Kathryn Jane, who was born May 15 at Fauquir Hospital. She weighed 7 lb. 12 ox.
Maternal grandparents are Mrs. Daphne Rudilosso of Aquia Harbor and Col. R. H. Ingle, Jr. of Washington.
Paternal grandparents are Mrs. Ann Hutchinson & F. W. Hutchinson, Jr., both of Cocdk Beach, Fla. Great grandparents ar Mrs, C. A. Crump, Hopewell and Mrs. R. H. Ingle, Sr. of Richmond.
