its service territory is provided through contracts with entities which are affiliated with Vepco in any manner described in Virginia Code §56-76?

(d) Is it in the public interest for the Commission to allow actions to be taken by Vepco, Dominion, VNG, and Services (hereinafter "Companies") which would result in the loss of iurisdiction for setting rates for Virginia ratepayers, In whole or in part, by the State Corporation Commission of Virginia? i (c) What are Vepco's projected aeneraiton capacity requirements tot this next Vi years and what are the utility's plans to satisfy its service requirements with regard to the sources of energy (including cogenerators and small power producers), entities involved, and the mechanism or agency by whom rates will be set?

(d) Is it in the public interest for Vepco employees to be transferred to a service company for the purpose of providing services to Dominion, Vepco, other subsidiaries of Dominion not yet in being, or unaffiliated interests?

(e) Is it in the public interest for Vepco to spin-off its gas division as a subsidiary of Dominion?

Companies were ordered to file additional testimony on the delineated issues on or before June 25, 1984.

Parties who wish to speak at the public hearing and not participate as a Protestant, may be scheduled by writing the address listed in the last paragraph of this notice. Any person who wishes to comment In writing should send such comment to the same address.

Copies of the applications of Companies, the material filed in compliance with Commission order in this proceeding, and the testimony of Vepco's witnesses may be reviewed in the Document Control Center of the Commission or at any office of Vepco where bills may be paid. The additional testimony and evidence to be filed by Companies on or before June 25, 1984, will also be made available for review.

On or before July 2, 1984, all persons who expect to submit evidence, cross-examine witnesses, and otherwise participate as Protestants, as provided by Rule 4:6 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure shall file with the Clerk of the Commission an original and twenty (20) copies of a Notice of Protest as required by Rule 5:16(a). A copy of the Notice of Protest shall be served on Companies' counsel, Evans B. Brasfield, Esquire, Hunton & Williams, P. O. Box 1535, Richmond, Virginia 23212.

On or before September 28, 1984, all persons who have filed a Notice of Protest and who still expect to participate at the hearing as a party Protestant must file an original and twenty (20) copies of a written Protest as required by Commission Rule 5:16(b) and of all prepared testimony and exhibits of the witnesses to be offered at the hearing and shall serve five (5) copies thereof upon counsel for Companies and three (3) copies upon all other Protestants.

On or before September 28, 1984, the Commission's Staff shall file with the Clerk the prepared testimony and exhibits of each witness expected to present direct testimony and shall serve a copy upon Companies' counsel and each Protestant.

On or before October 12, 1984, Companies shall file with the Clerk and each Protestant the testimony and exhibits it expects to introduce in rebuttal to the direct pre-filed testimony and exhibits of the Commission Staff and the Protestants.

Any party participating as a Protestant should review the instructions regarding discovery set forth in the Commission's order in this proceeding dated April 27, 1984.
