ON PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOND FINANCING BY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF THE TOWN OF FRONT ROYAL AND THE COUNTY
OF WARREN, VIRGINIA
Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Development Authority of the Town of Front Royal and the County of Warren, Virginia (the "Authority"), will hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 103(k) of the Internal Revenue Code to consider the issuance by the Authority, pursuant to the Virginia Industrial Development and Revenue Bond Act (the '‘Act”) of two series of its industrial development bonds each in an amount not to exceed $2,500,000 to assist Rappahannock Group Home Partnership, a Virginia general partnership, (or a corporation, partnership or other entity formed by it to own and operate the Facilities described below) (the "Owner) with its principal place of business at Route 1, Box 345, Washington, Virginia, in acquiring, constructing and equipping a 70-bed elderly care facility and a 50-unit elderly residential facility both to be located in Rappahannock County, Virginia, 3 miles west of Washington, Virginia, on Virginia Route 622 (the "Facilities"). The public hearing, which may be continued or adjourned, will be held at 2 o’clock (p.m.) on May 29th, 1984, before the Board, in Council Chambers, at the Town Hall, Front Royal. Virginia. As required by the Act, the bonds will not pledge the credit or the taxing power of the Town of Front Royal, the County of Warren, the County of Rappahannock or the Authority but will be payable solely from revenues derived from the Facilities and the security therefor. Any person interested in the issuance of the bonds or the location or purpose of the proposed Facilities may appear and be heard. A copy of the Owner's application together with a letter supplementing such application dated May 14, 1984 may be inspected at Front Royal -Warren County IDA Office, 501 S. Royal Ave, Front Royal, Va. during business hours.
