Dr. William Young andria Board of Trade and Chairman of its Human Rights Committee. For 10 years a resident of Rappahannock County, he has also been active in civic affairs, serving with the Izaak Walton League and Suraum Corda School as board member and active with RLEP and the Rappahannock Players, member of the Outreach Committee of the Trinity Episcopal Church and Chairman of the Film Committee of RAAC.
