10. What benefit will this home be to Rappahannock County? It will serve the elderly of the county; it will provide employment for people in the county and it will provide an increased tax base for Rappahannock.
11. Will It 'use the services of Rappahannock County^ such as police, volunteer fire and rescue companies?
Yes. We will provide some of our own equipment for fire and rescue operations; in addition, there would be completely documented emergency contingency plans to handle any emergencies. We would hope there would be minimal demand on the county volunteer services.
12. Will you move the mountain or damage the environment?
In answer to a previous letter—NO! We will not move the mountain—we will not damage the environment. We will leave it for the residents to eryoy. That is one of our main reasons for doing this. We think Rappahannock County is a wonderful place to live, work, and play. What better place to have a home for the elderly.
