Robert Par-’ kef from Lord Fairfax Community College will explain how to apply for available money. A film win be shown on how to fill out *necessary forms which are standard for all colleges.

Rappahannock County, animal warden Jack Bruce advises alLdog owners that the last day to buy a dog license for 1§86 is January 31. A cur,rent rabies inoculation is required. Tags cost $5 per dog.
There will be a rabies vact cinatiori clinic at the Washington Firehouse on January 18 from 10 to 11 a.m. Dr. Pi M.^ .Graves will be at the clinic. Three-year vaccinations for cats and dogs are $3.50,
