Gala dance
To the editor:
My heartfelt thanks to RAAC and to Diana Bird especially, for the gala holiday dance on December 28 at Oasis Vineyard. While the liveliness and/or decibel level of the music may have dissatisfied a few people, the majority of those who attended danced their socks off!
Special thanks to the Mystery Band, including members long-time Rappahannock residents Connie and Jay Sprague, for their wonderful music — I for one was absolutely unable to sit through most of their numbers! I hope they continue to keep a special place in their hearts for their Rappahannock friends.
