ABE program

Piedmont Technical Education Center is once again beginning its Adult Basic Education (ABE) program to serve the citizens of Culpeper, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock Counties. Currently, the center offers free ABE classes to adults with less than a 9th grade education at the school on route 15, five miles south of the town of Culpeper. Instruction stresses skills in the areas of reading, writing, spelling, arithmetic and other basic subjects.
