Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Weakley were New Year’s Eve dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Joel Daczewitz and sons Gregg, Philip and Derek at Woodville. On Sunday afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Weakley called on Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Weakley in Remington.

Robert Frazier attended the Carsori Lillards’ 50th wedding anniversary party on December 28 at the Flint Hill fire hall.

Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Slack of Baltimore, Md., were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Clark, Edie Eastham and Richie Eastham from New Year’s Eve until Friday. Other guests New Year’s Eve were Paul Cooper of Castleton, Ms. Mary Clark, Mrs. Diane Sampinato and two daughters of Manassas, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Simmons, Robert Frazier and Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Brown and Amanda.

Sunday callers of Miss Edie Eastham at her grandparents’ home were Tim Falls of Woodville. and Daryl Murphy of Front Royal.

Stanley Slack of Baltimore, Md., and Robert Frazier visited Mrs. Edna Vaught and Luther Settle in
