Sisk promoted Thomas R. Sisk, son of James R. and Betty S. Sisk, of Sperryville, has been promoted in the U.S. Army to the rank of private first class. Sisk is a military police specialist with the 62nd Air Defense Artillery in West Germany. He is a 1984 graduate of Rappahannock County High School.
