in memory of my beloved husband, Alvin L. Atkins, who went to be with Jesus, January 9,1985. The call came one year ago today, And God sent his angel to carry you away. Carried you to that Heavenly home, No more on this sinful earth to roam. I loved you, but God loved you best, Took you up there to give you rest. No one but Jesus knows the heartaches I bear, All because our lives together, we cannot share. As for me, a better husband couldn't be found, You were the best that walked the ground. We must not question the will of our Lord, For again soon, we'll be in sweet accord. No, It might not be long before we meet, Gathered in Heaven around Jesus’feet. So I’ll travel on and serve Him my best, For I want to meet you in that land of rest. No more separations on that shore, For we will be with Jesus forever more.

Marie WE WOULD LIKE to express our sincere appreciation to the doctors and nurses at Fauquier Hospital, Rev. Steve Scoggin, friends, neighbors and family for their kindness shown to us during the recent loss of our husband and father, Irving Sisk.
