school site will not have to endure the torment of howling hounds if the animal shelter is not placed there. Why did you ever think anyone’s howling hounds would be moved there? Jack Bruce’s hounds will stay put and continue to howl as pennedup hunting dogs often do. The shelter will have only stray “pick-ups” which in 1985 averaged four per week. Many families have three and foul* dogs as pets.
