Taylor Wiseman
Ashton Taylor Wiseman, 75, of Rapidan, died Sunday, February 9, 1986, at his residence. Mr. Wiseman was a retired farmer. He was a native of Augusta County and had lived in Rapidan for many years. He was a member of Mitchells Presbyterian Church and an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include five sisters, Mrs. Phillip Johnson, of Arlington, Beatrice Wiseman, of Washington, D.C., Ruby Harlow, of Annapolis, Md., Elizabeth Throop, of Gulfport, Miss., and Virginia Lanier, of Alexandria.
Funeral services were conducted at the Mitchells Presbyterian Church, Wednesday, February 12 with the Rev. Arthur D. Thomas, Jr. and Rev. Floyd Binns officiating. Interment was in Culpeper Masonic Cemetery.
