The American Heart Association will help teenagers learn how smoking can affect their hearts through a new anti-smoking program built around Valentine’s Day. The program, called Save a Sweet Heart, begins in schools this February. The highlight of the program is a day of no smoking on Valentine’s Day, called Save a Sweet Heart (SASH) Day.
