This year no there is not a single candidate for mayor of the town of Washington. Mayor Peter Kramer said that he has served in the capacity for the last two terms and that he plans to pursue other interests. “I have other things that need to be taken care of,” said Mr. Kramer.
Without an official candidate a mayor could be elected through a write-in vote.
Town treasurer Bradford Robert Fisher is seeking another term.
