Letters to the editor The Rappahannock News invites and encourages its readers to send letters to the editor. Letters on matters of public concern are welcome. Whenever posable, letters should be typed and double-spaced. To be considered for publication, they must bear the writer’s signature, address and daytime telephone number. The best letters are concise. The letters column is not intended to list names of those have volunteered time or money to a project, nor is it a forum to eulogize those who have passed away.
