Will Oliver of Woodville was part of a group of high school seniors recently invited to the Virginia Tech campus for the university’s ninth scholarship competition, through which $192,000 in academic scholarships will be awarded. Will, son of Lucy and Bill Oliver, is a top-ranking senior at Rappahannock County High School.
