These students, selected by their respective faculties, are Deborah Bates of Culpeper High, Melvin Garrison of Madison High, Theodore Larriue of Wakefield High, and Kristi Pendleton of Rappahannock High. Each student read the essay which had contributed to the selection.
Mrs. W. Carlyle Crigler was elected as delegate to the 91st State Conference being held at the Hotel Roanoke March 17-19. Alternates elected were Mrs. Dieter Knuepfer, Mrs. Philip Brewer, Mrs. Carl Longley and Mrs. James Rumpler.
