Self-help for
stutterers
A group of individuals who are burdened with the speech dysfluency known as stuttering is looking into the possibility of forming a self-help group for stutterers. If enough people are interested, the group might organize and meet on a ' regular basis, as a chapter of the successful 10-year-old Speakeasy International Foundation.
Current plans are to contact a “core” group of stutterers and to set up an initial meeting where the desirability and relevance of an ongoing self-help group for stutterers can be discussed.
Interested individuals should contact Sid Gottleib at 547-3934.
