The 91st meeting of the Virginia State Conference DAR met at the Hotel Roanoke on March 17-19, with eight members from Culpeper Minute Men Chapter NSDAR attending: Mrs. Douglas Fairfax, Regent, Mrs. Edgar F. Fury ear Jr., lbs. Dale Metzinger, Mrs. Dieter Knuepfer, Mrs. Philip Brewer, Mrs. James Rumpler, Mrs. Carlyle Crigler and Mrs. Carl Longley.
A memorial service conducted by State Chaplain Mrs. Philip W. Keller, was held March 17 for 189 members from Virginia DAR who died in the past year.
