Jesus, as the Bible tells us, often went alone and unaccompanied into the wilderness, seeking the natural surroundings of mountain and woods to commune with his supernal Family (which is everyone’s Family), and this will be a place for people to do likewise, since many people have no land of their own. Everyone is welcome! There are no rules - just good sense and consideration. The Shenandoah Park rules can serve as a guideline to land use if desired.
