Ms. Buxton’s topic at the library will be the future of American theatre. Given the dismal reviews accorded some new offerings by American playwrights recently, ahd the lack of Tony awards in several categories last year, her talk is particularly timely.
The program will be held at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 10, at the Rappahannock County Library on Gay Street in Washington. It is sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Admission is free and the public is invited to attend.
