Artists-in-Educat-ion Residencies are designed to help integrate the arts into schools and communities through workshops, master classes, performances and related activities. The commission will fund up to 50 percent of the residency cost, or up to two-thirds for first-time applicants.
Salary Assistance aids in establishing new, permanent, key positions in arts organizations. Full or part-time artistic, managerial or technical positions are eligible.
The Dance Initiative program provides up to 50 percent of the dance company fee to presenters of professional, out-of-state dance companies.
