Strawberry, Chocolate Fondue
It is recorftmended you use Sterno under your chafing dish or fondue pot at the races. It might be windy and Sterno is safer to use.
Melt one pound of semi-sweet chocolate and add 3/4 cup of rum, cinnamon, cloves and allspice to taste. Rinse a quart of strawberries but be sure to leave the stems on so your guests can more easily dip them into the chocolate Serves six.
