SB 221: Provides that in counties that adopt the damage stamp program, an owner of property damaged by big game is not prohibited from recovering damages even though he places reasonable restrictions on those allowed to hunt
SB 259: Would allow those counties that adopt the damage stamp program to charge a fee of up to $5 per year for residents and $10 for non-residents.
SB 354: Would permit the owner of livestock to shoot on sight any bear chasing, injuring or killing any livestock on his property in those counties that join the Shenandoah National Park west of the Blue Ridge.
SB 355: Clarifies bonding requirements for developers of property that is to be turned over to a property owners association.
