SB 95: Permits Rockingham punty to elect to prorate certain ersonal property taxes. (Persons uying a new car would then pay tax

SB 96: Exempts libraries of instijjtions of higher education from the requirement that persons employed pill-time hold a state librarian’s license.
SB 105: Allows two or more corporations that are owned by the same five or fewer individuals to eliminate intercompany transactions in calculating the local tax that is based on gross sales.
SB 127: Would exempt libraries such as Rockingham Library from paying sales tax on library purchases. This bill was included in a group of several related bills that will be considered in the 1989 session.
