Mr. Shuler spoke of the years of service, 20 1/2 for Mrs. Curtis and 40 for Mrs. Lewis and of the many changes in the postal service during those years. As legislative chairman for the National Association of Postmasters, Mr. Shuler also outlined more proposed changes.
