WILLIAMSBURG—New car sales continued their dowmhill ride in March, as many Virginia cities posted double-digit declines in new car registrations, according to the Virginia Business Report from the Bureau of Business Research at the College of William and Mary.
New ear registrations across the state fell 20.9 percent in March compared to the same month last year, according to statistics analyzed at the bureau.
