As current president of the Homeowners’ Association of Blue Ridge Mountain Estates, at Chester Gap, let me express my disappointment and dismay at the lack of attendance at our annual meeting held Saturday, April 29.
As the rapidly growing, developing community we are, and being totally self-supporting in road maintenance and upkeep, the lack of support and interest shown by owners and residents fails me.
The preposterously low dues of $25 per year, per owner—not by lot, but by owner—seems to be more than some of our residents can
