Twelve Rappahannock Garden Club members traveled to Richmond' last week in support of Florence Nordone in her first official function as President of the Shenandoah District at the Virginia Federation of Garden Clubs’ State Convention.
The assembly lasted for an action-packed three days at the restored, newly-opulent Jefferson Sheraton Hotel. Those attending were Mrs. Nordone, Celine Siira. Helen Fairfax, Dee Hume. .Helen Holschuh, Sally Sharp. Breezy Gan non. Ellie Kreamer, Mary Stuart Bain, Virginia Pennington. Cathy Knuepfer and Marian White.
