Recycle containers

And Mrs. Owings, an art teacher at the county’s schools, is collecting the plastic foam trays meat is sold on for student projects. Trays should be cleaned well and brought to the main office at the elementary school or to the art room.

Your primary agent is entitled to the commission whether he or she sells it, you, or some other agent sells it. The commission is split between the listing and selling agent when your house is sold by someone other than the listing agent. You pay only one commission.
Multiple listing has advantages. It places your property into the selling hands of hundreds of agents, but you still have the one agent whom you’ve employed who is responsible directly to you.
