The Boat'd of Supervisors agreed to rezoning forrEmiel Smet’s subdivision on Route 642 just south of Amissville, but did not accept most of the proffers that went with it, following the third public hearing on the project on Jan. 3.

Most of the property has been rezoned to RR (rural residential), which allows a density of one house for each five acres, with one 25-acre lot remaining in Agricultural zoning.
