PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Monday. February 5, 1990, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s): FIZ# 89-12-02 Application by Mr. Robert W. Misdom, Jr. to rezone his property (Tax Map 32B 1 C) consisting of approximately 7.32 acres, from “A’ Agricultural to “R-2" Residential 2-acre minimum lot size. Property is Icoated on Rt.611 in Jackson District. A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday. 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday.
