EXTENSION OF MOTOR VEHICLE LAWS

ONTO PRIVATE SUBDIVISION STREETS

All citizens who are residents of subdivisions served by privately owned and maintained streets are invited to take notice of the fact that the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County will be accepting requests for the extension of motor vehicle law enforcement onto said streets until Monday, February 12,1990 at 12:00 noon. All such requests should include the actual name of the subdivision street in question, as well as that of the subdivision in which it currently exists. Requests should be directed to John W. McCarthy, County Administrator, P.O. Drawer 519, Washington, VA 22747.

Persons in favor of or opposing motor vehicle law enforcement on private subdivision streets are invited to address their comments in writing to the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors, P.O. Drawer 519, Washjngton, VA 22747, or to attend the Board s regular monthly meeting of Monday, March 5,1990, at 7:00 p.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
