The arrival of summer has brought with it renewed complaints about loitering in the Town of Washington.
This week, 11 individuals were served with trespass notices sworn by Trinity Church and Eileen Day, the property owners closest to the problem.
The perennial problem of young people and vehicles hanging out in the Trinity Church and Post Office parking lots resurfaced this spring with complaints to the Sheriffs Department, Commonwealth’s Attorney, town Planning Commission and the Town Council.
